2. What data we collect

Contact form submissions

When you submit our enquiry form we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, product interest, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Website analytics

If analytics are active, we may collect anonymised data about page visits, device type, and approximate country. No personally identifiable information is included. Analytics only activate after you accept cookies.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard log data including IP addresses, page requests, and timestamps for security monitoring. Logs are retained for 30 days.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Contract / pre-contract: Processing your enquiry to provide the pricing and sampling information you requested.
• Legitimate interests: Server log security monitoring.
• Consent: Analytics cookies — only activated after you click "Accept" on our banner.

We use HTTPS encryption across all pages. Form submissions are stored in our access-controlled WordPress database. We do not store payment information — all transactions occur via bank wire or L/C outside this website.

9. Third-party services

• Cloudflare — our CDN/DNS. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• WordPress hosting — server infrastructure in compliant data centres.

10. International transfers

Your data is processed in Pakistan. For EU/UK buyers we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required by GDPR Chapter V.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the most recent version.
